Easter egg hunt

We were down in NJ over Easter weekend and Carter had so much fun finding easter eggs. I thought he would be too young to understand...but the kid picked it up right away and had a blast with his cousins finding eggs and putting them in his basket.

Our first floor

Jon and I have been working on the first floor...well mostly Jon. The living room is done and we are so happy how it turned out. Taking down the wall in the front entry was a huge project but made such a difference. The ceiling masterpiece Jon and I both put it up. After the second piece we almost called it quits because it was going to cause a major fight...but we figured out a new way to put the wallpaper up and we both lived. Now we are working on the dining room downstairs. We will be all set in a few months.

Cooking with mom

I was trying to make some banana bread today and Carter thought he needed to help. So I cleaned out the sink and put him in there. He thought it was the best thing ever..and I got to finish the banana bread.

Dog's dish

Carter thinks it is funny to sit in the dog's water bowl..that is until he gets stuck.

Fun at the children's museum

We had so much fun today at the children's museum. Carter loved the water room and just running around.
