Our First Month

Who knew that in one month our life could change so much. We are now parents and have a new understanding of love. Our first month has gone by so quickly. And Carter has already changed so much. He is looking around more and more each day. His smiles are still strictly gas related but are so cute. He is getting to be a champ at sleeping during the night. He usually has a 4 hour stretch followed by a 3 hour stretch. Bedtime starts anywhere around 8pm-11pm and he wakes up anywhere from 5am-8am. So there are no complaints form me. He also takes good napes during the day and I actually can get things done..like showering.
We have made a few trips tp the mall Carter has been great enjoying the ride in the stroller....the boy loves movement, walking, riding or bouncing. We have also had a few days of temps in the 30's so we bundled up and took the dogs for a walk. The babybjorn and the fleece cover is awesome!!
We have been very fortunate to have our family and friends come to visit us. Thank you for all you love, support, and cooking.
