Cousins visit

we had such a good time visiting with our cousins and seeing Marc and Nicole. The beach was great and the kids had so much fun swimming.

Gabes Wedding

We had a great time at Gabe and Heathers wedding. Carter was so excited to wear his tuxedo and shinny shoes. When we were taking his tux off at teh end of the night he said he wants to go to another wedding. So cute!

Landscaping

The fun has begun. I get to plant!!! I have moved plants from the back up to the front and most of them have made it, just a little bit more to go. Carter loves to plant flowers with mom, he makes a mess but he sure has fun.

Fort

Carter was so proud of his fort Ana and him made. It is amazing how little things bring such joy to little ones. Thank you Anastasia.

rain rain rain

We have had so much rain this past month. Carter loves to put his rain coat and Thomas boots on and go outside ans see the rain.

9 1/2 months

It is so hard to believe Brennen is getting so big. The hat was compliments of Anastasia. The boys and I are going to miss her so much. Brennen is standing from a sitting position and will push his toys around. He loves to play with just about anything and is almost always smiling.

Nick took my kayak out today, the poor thing has been neglected the past 2 years. The boys enjoyed playing in it once he got back.

New Helmets

The boys got new helmets so Carter thought he needed to crash into Brennen. The boy is defiently his father.

Big boy

Our big boy. It is so hard to believe Brennen will be 8 months in a few days. He has been crawling like a big boy for about three weeks now and figures that he has that mastered why not stand up. Needless to say he has his fair share of falls (ones without the help of his brother). He loves to play with whatever Carter has. Poor Carter tries to move to another room and Brennen is right behind him thinking it is a game...too cute.

Spring

We were down in NJ for the weekend and had a great time. It is always so nice to see family and to watch the cousins play together. if only we could get Brennen to appreciate car ride a little more.

Easter Boys

My cute little Easter Boys. I got the first 6 hr. of work off yesterday, what a blessing that was. I got to spend the morning with the family and we were able to go to church together. It was a wonderful morning. Carter had so much fun finding eggs. They were filled with cheerios and a few with special treats, so he could not wait to find another egg and see and eat what was inside. Brennen was just happy to chew on the eggs and watch Carter run around the house.

Little boy loves to crawl around. We started back up our music class yesterday and both the boys had so much fun. It was great to see them so excited clapping and dancing.

My little trumpet boy

Jon took his trumpets out last weekend and was showing Carter how to play...Carter had a great time and thought he was pretty cool. The boys are doing great. Carter is pretty much potty trained. I leave him naked around the house and he will go on the potty, pea and poop without me having to remind him. he loves getting his special treats after pooping. "momma I get 1 2 3 special treats," he is just too cute. I have to work on him pulling up and down his underwear so we don't have to have his stuff exposed all day.

Brennen is doing great. He is 16lb 3 oz, a little squirt. He crawls or more officially dose the army crawl and gets all over the place. He loves to play with whatever Carter is playing with. It is so much fun watching them grow and develop.

It is so hard to believe that Brennen will be 6 months on Tuesday. He is getting to be such a big boy. He is almost crawling but has scooting down. He is sitting up for a few minutes but then gets tuckered out and falls over. he loves to watch Carter play and is always laughing at him which makes Carter very proud. They are both so much fun.

Food

The little boy loves food. He gets so excited when he get in the highchair, he can be slightly inpatient but can't we all.

Happy Valentines Day

We want to wish all of our family and friends a Happy Valentine's Day. We love you.

Grrrrr

Brennen was growling at camera instead of smiling. The boy loves to babble and be toted around so he can see everything. Both the boys just went to the Dr's and are both doing great. Carter is 28lb 11.5 oz and 34 3/4 inches he is at the 55th percentile for height and weight. Brennen is 41/2 months already. He is 25 1/4inches and 15lb 3oz. I thought that Brennen was going to weigh more because he seems bigger to me than Carter did at this age but they are the same.

look at us

We have been trying to keep busy the past few weeks. It was so cold last week that the 30's this week seem like spring. We have enjoyed all of our snow lately, Carter went sledding the other day and had a blast. We started going to a music class on Tuesdays and the boys love it. That is about it in our world.

It is so hard to believe our little boy is 2. He loved saying it was his happy birthday all day.
